Keren Arango, Owner

Keren's fitness journey began in Southern CA. She began training at OC Kickboxing and MMA under Daniel Sullivan. Quickly she realized she had finally found something she was truly passionate about. Not long after Keren had her first full contact Muay Thai fight with a knockout win. She represented the US in 2001 at the international Savate competition in Brussels. She soon expanded her fitness repertoire and got her personal training certification from NSCA. She started her own personal training company in CA but soon after moved to CO. It was in Colorado she fell in love with Hot yoga. Keren brings a wide variety of expertise to Studio Ethos but most importantly her love of fitness and the lifestyle it encourages. It's love at first sweat!
